Mr. Noah has served as Superintendent of the San Dieguito Union High School District since July 1, 2008. Located in the North Coastal area of San Diego County, the District's six high schools, four middle schools, two Adult Education programs, and district office employ over 599 certificated and 446 classified staff and serve approximately 12,500 students who live in the communities of Encinitas, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Rancho Santa Fe, and Del Mar.
Prior to his tenure with San Dieguito, Mr. Noah served as Superintendent of Schools for six years in the Gresham-Barlow School District in suburban Portland, Oregon. Other positions held in his education career include deputy superintendent, high school principal and high school history teacher.
