CCA Registrar

The CCA Registrar Office Hours are from 7:30 until 3pm.

Off Campus Courses: If your student wants to take a class off CCA's campus and wants the course posted on their CCA transcript, an Off Campus Course Permission Request form must be completed and approved before the student enrolls in the course. Guidelines, procedures and forms are available in the counseling office and online by clicking here.

YOUR OFF CAMPUS COURSE WILL NOT BE PUT ON YOUR CCA TRANSCRIPT UNLESS YOU FOLLOW DISTRICT PROCEDURES FOUND ON THE OFF CAMPUS COURSE PERMISSION FORM OR THE LINK ABOVE.

All off campus courses must be completed and the Official Transcripts provided to the Registrar by May 2010 in order for them to be put on the CCA Transcripts by the end of the school year. All transcripts received after May 2010 will be posted to student CCA Transcripts the following school year.

Transcripts: If your student requires a transcript, unofficial transcripts can be obtained from the Aeries Parent Portal or the Counseling Secretaries in the Student Services Building. If student requires an Official Transcript to be mailed out, they should fill out the form in the Registrar's office. Official Transcripts are done within 24-48 hours. For more information click here.
