During the week of March 2nd through March 6th, second period teachers will hand out the 2009-2010 Course Selection Contracts and show Course Selection Tutorials to their students in grades 9-11. Please note that individual teachers determine which specific day their presentations will be given, and that not all students will get their materials at the same time. On the day your student is given his or her Course Contract, please review the Course Selection Tutorial on the counseling website by clicking the "Current Ravens" icon. After you review the Tutorial and follow all the instructions, have your student return the signed Contract to the counseling secretary. If your student does not have a second period class, please make sure that he or she reviews the Tutorial online, downloads the Contract, and follows the instructions. If your student needs to see a counselor to further discuss his or her selections, please make sure that he or she checks the appropriate box on the Contract. After the Contracts are turned in, counselors will call students who requested a counselor meeting via the check box into the counseling office individually to review their course selections.
