Registration Checklist for New Student to Diegueño

In order to enroll your student at Diegueño Middle School, the following documentation is required:

• A copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport.
• 2 proofs of residency (one MUST be a current utility bill).
• A copy of your student's complete immunization record.
