Requests for official transcripts cannot be taken over the phone. You have three options to obtain your transcripts:
-Come directly to North Coast.

-E-mail wendy.woodard@sduhsd.net
Your request should include your name, date of birth, date of graduation and where you would like it sent to.
There is a $5.00 fee for transcripts. Please make the check payable to Sunset/NCA.
We cannot under any circumstances FAX an official transcript.
