Transcripts
ORDERING SDA TRANSCRIPTS
Some important notes to remember about transcripts:
- The UC & CSU’s do not require transcripts at the time you apply. However, if you ultimately decide to attend a UC or CSU school, you will need to send a final transcript to that school!
- Most Junior Colleges require an official high school transcript as part of their application process.
- Many scholarship applications will also require an official transcript.
- Transcripts for current students are free for the first 5 and then $5 each thereafter.
- Transcripts for graduates prior to 1996 cannot be processed by the school site. Please contact the SDUHSD office at (760)753-6491, ext. 5546.
How to make a request:
Current students and students who graduated from SDA after 1996 can either download the Transcript Request from this site or get a form from the Registrar’s Office. All requests for transcripts must be made in writing.
The form can be faxed (760)943-3555; dropped-off; or mailed to the Registrar’s Office, our mailing address is: San Dieguito Academy, 710 Encinitas Blvd., Encinitas, CA 92024.
Transcript requests will not be processed immediately, so please plan accordingly to allow 48 hours for processing. If a transcript is required over a holiday, the request must be made not less than 48 hours prior to the last day before the holiday begins.
CURRENT STUDENTS – are REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ADRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE for each transcript requested. Please print or type the address clearly. (Do NOT put a return address on the envelope.) Current students are allowed five (5) free transcripts. There is a charge of $5.00 for each additional transcript requested thereafter.
Please submit payment of $5.00 at time of request.
