Transcripts

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS:

Requests for official transcripts cannot be taken over the phone. There is a $5.00 fee per transcript. You have two options to obtain your transcripts:

Come directly to the Registrar's Office at TPHS, located in the Counseling wing. Be sure to bring proper ID.

Mail your request to: Registrar's Office, TPHS c/o 710 Encinitas Blvd., Encinitas, CA 92024

Your request should include your name, date of birth, date of graduation and an envelope addressed to the place the transcript is to be sent. Be sure to place a stamp on the envelope and DO NOT add your return address.

We cannot under any circumstances FAX an official transcript.

Verification of Graduation:

If you are a company verifying graduation please fax a release of information from the former student. Please include student's name at graduation, date of birth, and date of graduation.

Please Note:

NO INFORMATION REGARDING A STUDENT MAY BE RELEASED OVER THE PHONE.
